This policy applies to all purchases and services provided by balloonshopdubai.ae. Due to the nature of our products and services, including custom-made and helium-filled balloons, we operate a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

No Money Back

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
• This includes cancellations, change of mind, incorrect orders, delivery delays caused by the customer, or recipient unavailability.

Balloon Orders & Custom Products

• All balloon orders are prepared specifically for each customer.
• Helium balloons and custom arrangements are considered perishable and non-returnable.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery Policy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
• Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or building security do not qualify for a refund.

Product Handling

Balloons are sensitive to temperature, handling, and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for balloon deflation, popping, or damage after delivery has been completed. No refunds will be provided for such cases.

Force Majeure

balloonshopdubai.ae is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, road closures, or force majeure events. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
